Hostel Information
This is an all private room facility. All of our rooms have key-locking doors. We have several sizes of private rooms available. Each room can accommodate between 1 and 6 guests. Look through our various room types to decide which option best suits your needs. Please note: all charges for extra guests are payable on arrival.
We have the following room types:
• Large double bedroom with 1 king size bed (+ option to add a 3rd guest at $20/night).
• Large double bedroom with 1 queen size bed (+ option to add a 3rd guest at $20/night).
• Deluxe double bedroom, with 2 queen size beds, sleeps up to 4 people (+ option for an airbed for a 5th guest at an additional $20 /night when available).
• Small single room, also known as the budget room has a double bed. *Our budget room can sleep up to 2 people($10/night extra for a second guest), and can be reserved under the single room option. Please be aware that it is a small room. There is just enough room for the bed, and some space to hang your clothes and some drawers. (Luggage can be stored under the bed.) It is private and you have a key locked door, but it is small. Please look at the photos of the budget room before booking.
All of our double room options are large and spacious, and should not be confused with the budget room.

You may book up to 1 room directly from this site. You must contact us before booking, if you would like to book a reservation for 2 or more rooms.

Reservations and payment policy :
We accept reservations for a stay of up to 28 days.
In order to hold your reservation, a deposit payment must be made.

If you are making the reservation less than 28 days before the beginning of your stay, the deposit must be made within 48 hours of placing the reservation.
If you are making the reservation 28 days or more before the beginning of your stay, the deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after making the reservation.
Deposits should be made through PayPal or via credit card in an email or a phone charge.
If you are booking one room, for 7 nights or less than 7 nights, the minimum required prepayment is the cost of one night's stay.
If you are reserving a room for 8 or more nights, you must also prepay for all nights from the 8th night until the end of your stay.
Additionally, if you are reserving more than one room, you must prepay for the whole length of your stay in the additional room/s.
Cancellation Policy:
Written notice of a cancellation, 7 or more nights before your scheduled arrival, is required to avoid a 1 night charge.
Guests will receive detailed instructions and personal access codes by email 8-14 days before their arrival in order to be able to self check in 24 hours a day.

If a guest will be traveling during that time period and/or will have limited internet access please contact us and we will send out the guest's personal access codes ahead of schedule, based on the guests' needs.

We cannot accept any packages to our property, for many reasons.
Below is a link to a UPS store 300 meters from us that can arrange to receive packages for a small fee and you can be assured it will be available to you during their store hours.

We offer the option of paying a prepaid non-refundable $100 supplement per night for every night less that 7 nights to reserve less than 7 nights for reservations that include December28, 29, 30 or 31, 2010.
